RETURNS, EXCHANGES, COMPLAINTS, WITHDRAWAL FROM A DISTANCE SALES CONTRACT
All garments under the brand “Compression Therapy”, made to order for individual customers, are manufactured individually according to the customer’s personal measurements. The only exceptions are orders from customers who have requested/ordered products in standard sizes S, M, L, or XL.
In this regard:
- Clothing manufactured by the merchant according to the customer’s personal measurements cannot be returned/exchanged. The merchant has no financial obligation to reimburse the customer for any expenses incurred by the latter for ordering/receiving a product from the merchant. The customer/user is subject to the terms and conditions set out in Chapter VI of the General Terms and Conditions.
- In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, the recipient/user has the right to return/exchange unused garments in standard sizes (with factory-attached size labels S, M, L, XL) within 14 days of the date of purchase. To do so, they must inform the merchant in writing by email at mail@compresstherapy.com or verbally by telephone of their wish to do so. They will then receive a Return/Exchange form for the product by email, which they must complete.
- Products that meet the following conditions are accepted for return/exchange:
- no more than 14 days have passed since the date of delivery
- the product is manufactured in standard sizes specified by the customer
- the returned product is in perfect condition: unused, unwashed, unironed, clean and free from odors, in its original packaging and with all labels.
- The transport costs for the return/replacement are borne by the Customer and are not reimbursed by the merchant. When returning/replacing clothing/products with manufacturing defects, the merchant reimburses the user for the delivery/replacement costs.
- Upon receiving the product, the Recipient is obliged to inspect it immediately and, in case of visible defects such as damaged transport packaging, to inform the person performing the delivery/transfer immediately.
- In case of transport defects, a report shall be drawn up in the presence of the courier or the person performing the delivery/transfer, and the recipient has the right to refuse to accept the shipment and inform the supplier by phone or in writing at the following email address: mail@compresstherapy.com or by phone at +359 888 668 661.
- If the recipient does not inspect the goods received and does not immediately lodge a complaint with the delivery person, the goods shall be deemed approved and the user will lose the right to lodge a complaint under the General Terms and Conditions, Section VII, Article 19, paragraph 5 at a later stage.
- Once the products have been received, they will be inspected and, if they meet all the conditions under point 3, a document for refunding the amount will be issued within 14 days of the date of receipt by the merchant.
- Refunds will only be made by bank transfer to the account specified in the return/exchange form and not before the goods have been returned, inspected, and a refund document has been issued.
- During the time the goods are held by the courier company for delivery/return/exchange, the risk of loss or damage to the goods is entirely at the expense of the user. The user may make claims against the courier company.
- A user who is a consumer within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Act (a natural person) has the right to withdraw from the distance contract without owing any penalty or compensation within 24 hours from the date of submitting the application/order for the use of a product/service provided by the merchant. The user shall inform the merchant in writing at mail@compresstherapy.com or verbally by phone of their decision to withdraw from the sales contract. The supplier shall send the user a confirmation of receipt of the application for withdrawal from the sales contract.
- The rights of withdrawal in distance contracts apply only to natural persons β consumers within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Act.
- The rights of users in relation to the delivered products shall be exercised separately for each purchase contract and/or each product under a single contract.
