I. Delivery within the country

  1. The production time for products under the trademark “Compress Therapy” for a standard order is between 5 and 7 business days, depending on the workload of the manufacturing process.
  2. Delivery of products under the trademark “Compress Therapy” is paid for by the recipient.
  3. Within the territory of Bulgaria, delivery is carried out by the courier company “Econt.” The standard delivery time to major population centers is 24–48 hours. For smaller towns and villages, delivery time information is provided separately to the customer after specifying the exact location and the courier company’s service schedule.
  4. The cost of domestic delivery is determined by:

II. International Deliveries

  2. After contact is made by an employee of the courier company responsible for the delivery, any change to the delivery address requested by the recipient must be submitted and arranged in accordance with the general terms and conditions of the respective courier company.
  3. Deliveries to the address provided by the user/buyer are made to the building’s main entrance if access is available, to the boundary of the property, or to a courier company’s office.
  4. The stated delivery times apply in accordance with the announced schedules of the courier companies for remote locations and official public holidays when deliveries are made by the courier services.
  5. The seller is not responsible for delays caused by the actions of the courier or courier company.
  6. The seller is not responsible for delays caused by inaccurate information provided by the user (delivery address and phone number) or the user’s absence at the delivery address, as well as for the inability to deliver the goods due to reasons beyond the seller’s control.
  7. The recipient inspects the delivered goods for any damage to the transport packaging. If damage is found, claims must be made in the presence of the courier or the person delivering/handing over the shipment/order.
  8. If the recipient cannot be found at the specified delivery address by the courier company, through no fault of the seller, the delivery person will leave a notice with a contact phone number. The recipient should call within 24 hours to arrange a second delivery attempt.
  9. If the recipient fails to make contact to arrange the delivery, the distance sales contract will automatically be terminated, and the seller is released from the obligation to deliver the order.
